Natalie joined GMT in 2007 as a Senior Advisor, with over 10 years experience in digital and traditional media. She was previously at Fremantle Media where she was Senior Vice President, Business Diversification. Prior to joining Fremantle Media in 2003, Natalie was Managing Director, Online & Interactive at Fox Kids Europe, Director of Business Development at Discovery Communications Europe and part of the start-up team for Excite Europe.

Natalie is both a non-executive director and angel investor in a number of traditional and digital media businesses. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA Hons in Mathematics from Oxford University. She is a British citizen.
